DON KIKI Limited Reserve (Red Label) Torpedo boutique premium cigars are made with flavorful hand selected and picked tobacco. The leaves are skillfully cured and aged for at least three years. The aged leaves evolve into these fine cigars at the hands of skilled master cigar rollers, who make them in small batches. The Torpedo cigars are then aged for over 3 years in Tabacalera Esteli’s temperature and humidity controlled aging room before being hand packed. Click here to order, or for more info

I must say, I’m impressed. These have a great flavor to them. You get huge clouds of white smoke through the whole smoke (one of my favorites), and the flavor profile is very pleasant. About an inch into it you get almost a sweet tone, very nice. It burns evenly, and had good flavor all the way down to the nub. It burns cool, which I’m told is a sign of a good quality cigar. Click here for more info.

Here are some of the reviews from the Cuban Crafters website…

Subject :: Great!
I have smoked many of these, i smoke several a day. They are great with medium strength, perfectly constructed, flavorable, and a pure enjoyment to smoke. The corona and churchill sizes are great too!

Subject :: Unbeatable
I’m hooked! Don kiki red label is now my daily smoke. Once you light one up, you can’t put it down. Great smoke, burns evenly and unbeatable taste. Gave one to a friend to try, he asked what the price was. When i told him he started to laugh stating not for a stick like this, it’s got to be twice that price. I’ll be buying plenty of these, great job don kiki.

Subject :: Ordered more
Well ordered 1 bundle 2 weeks ago and just today ordered 2 more bundles. This is by far one of the best I have had in long time. Nothing in the price range is even close. The taste is wonderful and better than most that are twice the cost. I look forward to smoking these daily.

Subject :: Don kiki red
Some of the best cigars i’ve ever smoked. Well constructed, burns evenly and full of flavor yet not overpowering. I had a cuban remeo y julieta and later had one of these. I could hardly tell the difference and i can tell the difference between a nicaraguan, hondurian and dominican. Excellent and great price.

Subject :: Excellent cigar taste
i keep coming back to cuban crafters because of cigars like this! I have smoked some of the best hand rolled and i put this one on the same level as a rocky patel decade robusto ~ a $9.00 cigar. I read reviews that these don kiki don’t burn even, not true at all if you cut back on the humidor moisture content and keep them seperated from your inferior cigars so the flavor does not marry with the red labels. To me these are better in flavor and draw better than the cigars of big names and big prices. These are full of flavor without the harshness, would recommend for new smokers and aficionados alike.

Subject :: Found my everyday smoke…
These babies were love at first taste! I spent months looking for a great cigar to have every day without spending too much. These fit the bill perfectly… They taste great and are affordable. Those are 2 key qualities in a fine cigar. I will be ordering these regularly and will likely refer friends to Cuban Crafters to try great cigars like these ones.

I recently received the Boutique Sampler and after letting the cigars sit in my humidor for a couple of weeks, the first one I wanted to break out was this full bodied cigar from Don Kiki. With an odd shape the Don Kiki Brown Label has a little a hint of sweet & chocolate. It’s very smooth and has a great burn. I enjoyed the cigar very much and only wish I had a few more.

Here are some of the reviews from Cuban Crafters…

Subject :: Good smoke
I received this cigar in the sampler. I am a fairly new smoker and the weird shape was intriguing to me so i tried it first. It tasted pretty full-bodied to me. The only problem i had was trying to keep it lit past the fat mid section. Had to relight but after that it was terrific.

Subject :: Brown lable
Very well balanced cigar. Great taste all the way threw. Try it once and you’ll be comeing back for more.

Subject :: Full bodied
Great full bodied taste. Did not burn even though, and ash was almost black. It may have needed more time in humidor after receiving it.

Subject :: sampling
Hi i bought a sampler and one of these was in it and i have a box of the chuchills here and i love them for an everyday smoke but i think these where even a little better tasting (prob the size dif) but anyway ill be grabbin a box to let sit for awile these are very tasty and great for when ya dont want an hour and a half stogie haha — sands new mex

Subject :: These are just dandy!
I just got these in today and i can’t leave them alone! I’ve smoked two of them already and given one to a buddy … he likes them as much as i do. I need some more of these for my humidor as soon as they’re back in stock! Paul … il

Subject :: Thumbs up don kiki
I got this in a sampler. This figurado was absolutely delicious when lit, and the great taste tapered off a bit but it remained very enjoyable. I had difficulty keeping it lit after halfway through (i’m a slow smoker). i hit two real bad spots (bad luck i guess) but overall this was a fine smoke. Great aftertaste and nice little buzz. I would definitely buy these again.

Subject :: Surprising little power pack
This cigar really surprised me. I really didn’t care for it when i lit it but by the middle, I was in love with it. It packs a huge punch for a little cigar. You will want to smoke this one s-l-o-w-l-y. By the end I had a really nice buzz going and was ready to order a box!

Subject :: Good & Strong
This is very first one i tried from don kiki and now i am ordering a box. It felt rather strong and full bodied to me and i like to have it occasionally. It draws easy and it burns evenly. Very well made. Size is perfect to me too. I don’t think i can go through whole churchill or torpedo. It perhaps would be overwhelming for me. That is why i had to wait since the figurados were sold out.

Subject :: Criollo
This is the first cigar I’ve had from cuban crafters that I did not enjoy. Just an honest review from someone who has enjoyed all the other products I’ve purchased from you.

Subject :: Don kiki brown label
Pound for pound don kiki brown lable can hold its own against any cigar on the market. Great taste and smooth smokeing. If you try it once you will be comeing back for more.

Subject :: Figurados
This is an amazing little one. Well made, showing great care in construction, excellent taste, and at a price that is reasonable. This one compares very well against other brands costing many times as much.

Subject :: Dk brown label: Botella
I’m halfway through my box, so i thought it was time to post a review. I’ve found the taste and aroma of these to be very good and very consistent; Full-bodied, rich tobacco smell & taste but not overpowering, which I find very enjoyable. They look great too; Dark, oily wrapper on each one, only a couple with visible flaws. The two negatives i’ve noticed are the burn & draw. A few have been rolled a little too tight for my taste, and have burned straight until after getting past the bulbous end (though i’ll concede this is probably a difficult shape to make). The ash is usually a bit flakey as well, but that’s probably attributable to the burn issue. All in all, i’d say it’s a “good” smoke. I’d like to try another vitola in the brown label series (if they’re ever in stock!).

Subject :: Kiki figurado
Disappointed with the botella, which i ordered after reading others reviews. All i could get was a pepper taste, none of the flavors described. Enjoyed much my last order of el castillos. Thanks,

Subject :: Danny: Liked it
Got this in 12 sampler pack. Wow, i thought it was great. Surprisingly strong and flavorful for a small-looking cigar. From just the first few puffs i was already buzzed, and the great flavor continued during the whole smoke, without getting unpleasantly stronger nor tapering off, but very consistent. I didn’t have any need to relight as others describe. It lasted longer than you’d think, also, from the size. I smoked this together with a buddy who was smoking a cuban crafter toro, and i finished only just a couple of minutes before him. I’m not good at describing flavors, but this was strong and pleasant at the same time. Definitely on my list.

Subject :: Brown bombs!!
I am finishing one of the last from a box of toros right now and loving it. I went through a box of the botellas a while back and was mostly happy with those as well. i will say though that the botella, while an excellent smoke all around (i love the shape), frequently had burn problems. A good one burned great and smoked like a champ but there were too many that just burned very poorly. The toros have all burned nearly perfectly without a single plugged one in the box. as to the taste, both vitolas — pure heaven. The oily, velvet-soft wrapper obviously influencing the dark, rich flavor but complementing perfectly the contents. Creamy-smooth with espresso and milk chocolate overtones but a crisp finish. Accompanied by a guiness draught or a fine bourbon and you have an intensely enjoyable and flavorful experience. must get more soon……….

Subject :: Dk brown label
These are really good, I saw the price and couldn’t pass it up, great full bodied with good spicy flavors, its already my go to stick after only smoking 5 or so, recommended
